I select modes of transportation, travel time and individual social attributes as influencing factors of individual accessibility. In the three factors, individual social attributes are represented by gender, age, family structure, education level, annual income and so on. According to the statistical results of the questionnaire survey, we can reach the conclusion as follows.Firstly, the three factors which are gender, age and education level basically do not affect user's choice on individual accessbility. That is to say, individual living habits have very little influences on individual accessibility.Secondly, factors which represent individual economic capabilities such as family structure, family annual income, housing location and whether having private cars would cause certain variation on accessibility. The distance increases, the whole accessibility increases as the exaltation of individual economic capability when space accessibility is definite. That is to say, there are certain positive corelations between individual accessibility and individual ecconomic capability.Thirdly, the positive corelations between modes of transportation and travel time are much more close. That is, trip modes would change gradually from walking, riding bikes to using vehicles such as bus, subway and so on. And the change mentioned above is distinct in the period from fifteen minutes to twenty minutes. If the walking speed is five kilometres per hour, we can find that city parks' best service radius is between 1200 metres and 1700 metres. Users would adopt such trip modes like driving cars which would then aggravates the traffic pressure of city road if the service radius is more than 1700 metres.
